Services
Anic Digital offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-per-click (PPC) management, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Development. Services are detailed in individual proposals and agreements.
Payment
Invoices will be provided by Anic Digital. All invoices are due upon receipt. Anic Digital reserves the right to halt ongoing work until outstanding balances are paid in full.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be requested in writing and will take 30 days from the date of the request to go into effect. All payments made prior to that date will be non-refundable.
Confidentiality
We respect your private and personal information and will not disclose such information to any third parties without your prior consent, unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All services provided by Anic Digital shall be for the exclusive use of the client other than for the promotional use of Anic Digital. Upon payment of all fees, the following reproduction rights for all approved final designs created by Anic Digital for this project shall be granted: Client to gain full transferable rights to brand identity.
Disclaimers
We cannot guarantee that our work will result in increased conversions, leads, or sales. Your business success depends on various factors, and we can’t control all of them.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anic Digital, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, claims, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to your violation of the Agreement.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
