We want you to be completely satisfied with your link-building orders. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed.
1. Eligible for Full Refund
- Before work begins: Cancel any order before content is submitted to the publisher for a 100% refund (minus payment gateway charges of 2–3%).
- Publisher rejection: If the chosen publisher rejects your order and no equivalent replacement is available, we refund 100%.
- Service failure: If we fail to deliver within 30 days past the stated TAT and cannot find a replacement, full refund.
2. Partial Refunds
- Mid-fulfillment cancellation: If you cancel after content has been submitted to the publisher but before publication, we refund 50%. The other 50% covers content writing and outreach work already performed.
- Link removed during guarantee: If a publisher removes your link within the guarantee period, we offer a free replacement first. If no replacement is available, we refund a pro-rated amount based on months remaining.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Order completed and link published as agreed
- Customer-requested changes after publication (editing fees apply)
- Loss of rankings / traffic (we do not guarantee SEO outcomes)
- Content rejected by publisher due to customer-provided content quality issues (we will request revisions once for free)
- Orders cancelled after 90 days of placement (abandoned)
- Google algorithm penalties (we follow white-hat practices; indirect effects are not our responsibility)
4. Refund Process
- Submit refund request to billing@anic.digital with your order ID
- We review within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
- Bank/card refunds may take additional 5–7 days to reflect depending on your issuer
- Wallet refunds are instant
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks on completed orders may result in account suspension and recovery action.
