About Anic Digital

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients for our digital marketing and automation services.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead Generation — Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking events.
  • Client Meetings — Schedule and conduct meetings/demos with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
  • Proposal Creation — Prepare customized proposals and quotations for digital marketing, SEO, social media, and automation services.
  • Sales Pipeline — Manage and track leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools.
  • Relationship Building — Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Market Research — Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Revenue Targets — Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Website Development).
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment.

Bonus Skills (Huge Advantage)

  • Prior experience in B2B sales or agency business development.
  • Understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Existing network of business owners or marketing professionals.
