Responsibilities & Duties
- Brand Prospecting — Identify and research brands across industries (fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, tech, F&B) that are a fit for influencer marketing and digital PR campaigns.
- Outreach — Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to connect with brand marketing teams, founders, and decision-makers.
- Brand Pitching — Present Anic Digital's Influencer Marketing and Digital PR packages to prospective brands in a confident and compelling manner.
- Brand Onboarding — Collect campaign briefs, understand brand goals, and coordinate with internal teams to smoothly kick off new client campaigns.
- Deal Coordination — Negotiate collaboration terms, pricing, timelines, and deliverables with brand representatives.
- Pipeline Management — Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach, follow-ups, and deal status in CRM/tracker.
- Relationship Management — Build and nurture long-term relationships with brand POCs for repeat business, renewals, and upselling.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to identify brands, initiate conversations, pitch services, and close onboarding deals.
- Good understanding of Influencer Marketing, Digital PR, and how brands collaborate with creators.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, Email outreach tools, and WhatsApp for professional communication.
- Strong persuasion skills and the ability to handle brand objections and negotiate deal terms effectively.
- We value skills and results over educational background.
Bonus Skills (Huge Advantage)
- Prior experience working at a Digital Marketing, PR, or Influencer Marketing Agency.
- Existing network of brand marketing managers or startup founders.
- Knowledge of influencer tiers (nano, micro, macro, mega) and campaign pricing structures.
- Experience in B2B outreach or selling brand collaboration packages.
