1. Services
Anic Digital provides digital marketing, web development, and link-building services including guest posts, niche edits, and digital PR placements on third-party publisher websites.
2. Accounts
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts for violation of these terms or fraudulent activity.
3. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD by default and auto-converted to INR/GBP/EUR/AED based on selection.
- Full advance payment is required before order fulfillment unless otherwise agreed.
- Turnaround time (TAT) begins after payment is confirmed and content is approved.
- TAT estimates are best-effort — delays by third-party publishers are possible and do not constitute breach.
4. Content Guidelines
All submitted content must be original, legal, and comply with publisher guidelines. We reserve the right to reject content involving hate speech, illegal activities, or content that violates publisher niche restrictions (casino, CBD, adult, etc. are site-specific).
5. Link Longevity
We guarantee links remain live for the duration specified per site (typically “Permanent” or a fixed period). If a link is removed by the publisher within the guarantee period, we will replace it on an equivalent site at no extra cost.
6. No Guarantees on Rankings
We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic increases, or Google results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
Content you submit remains your property. Content we create for you becomes yours upon full payment. Our brand, design, and marketplace platform remain Anic Digital property.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or Google algorithm changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
